Specially designed for surface treatment and industrial coating, our Machcoat® machine tools enable a wide range of surface treatments for a diverse array of parts. We recently partnered with a French aluminum joinery manufacturer to equip one of its sites in the Vendée region. This project included the installation of a complete system dedicated to the surface conversion and coating of aluminum parts. The system comprises a single-chamber surface treatment cell, a drying/curing oven, and a powder coating booth.
Equipped with our Laqexpert supervision software, which ensures precise traceability of production parameters and rigorous quality control throughout the processes, Machcoat® equipment is compact, adaptable, eco-friendly, and easily integrates into production workshops. Based on a single-chamber surface treatment cell (see photos), it stands out for its automated functions that allow for the initiation of various fully configurable and customized treatment cycles, offering flexibility and performance. Its advanced on-site zero-liquid-discharge water treatment capabilities help significantly reduce water consumption while minimizing environmental risks.
