CORELEC Équipements has designed and built a manual production line dedicated to the treatment of small sheet metal components prior to painting, for a manufacturer of aerospace components.
Designed to comply with the requirements of the aerospace sector, this system combines flexibility, process control and high-quality treatment.
The project also incorporates a strategy to optimise quality and process water consumption, involving the design and supply of a reverse osmosis water production system, supplemented by a recycling loop using mobile ion exchangers.
