CORELEC Équipements has designed and manufactured for a world technology leader a three-part horizontally ventilated penetrant inspection cabin.
Our customer’s objective is to control the quality of its treated parts and supply them with no surface defects using non-destructive inspection.
Each of the plant’s three stations is equipped with a washing, blowing and venturi suction unit.
Sliding panels enable the system to be configured as one, two or three stations, depending on the size of the parts to be inspected. Turntables complement the customer’s own lifting equipment.
We also offer complete semi-automatic or automatic solutions, in immersion, sprinkler or mixed configuration (tanks and/or cabins).
